All account data — including your name, contact details and payment history with UPI or Paytm — is encrypted using AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. No data moves between systems in plain text at any point.

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand how pages perform. You can manage cookie preferences from the privacy panel in your account settings at any time without affecting core functionality.

Account Security Measures

Your account is protected by password hashing, two-factor authentication options and automated alerts for unusual login activity. We never store raw passwords, and our security team reviews access logs on a rolling basis.

Data Retention Windows

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active and for a defined period after closure, as required by applicable Indian financial regulations. Once the retention period lapses, data is permanently deleted from our servers.

Who Can Access Your Data

Internal access to your personal data is restricted to teams with a direct operational need — such as payment processing for PhonePe transactions or fraud review. All staff with data access are bound by confidentiality agreements.
